Who knew going to middle school could be harder on the parents than the kid?
So it's official, Taylor is in middle school as I write this - the bell rings at 7:38AM. I know, what's up with the early start time? Since I've been home, I haven't had to go into work as early (mostly because I'm slacking). Today, after hitting snooze a time or two Taylor actually came in and woke us up. It's sad when she is getting up before me and it's not cause I'm sleeping in on Saturday. Going to take some adjusting on my part to seeing people in the morning - I'm used to being the only one up most days (although I do bump into Nadia from time to time).
Sounds like it was an interesting start to the day, so J and I are going to be really waiting for the end of the day report with high anticipation. Wish us luck in making it through the day...
